Description:

This artwork is a digitally manipulated image of the reverse side of the US $100 Note, issued from 1996-2013. The image in the work was created through the erasure of existing illustrations of architecture, human figures, and text signifying various messaging of labor and capital. The image creates an emphasis on the remaining natural landscape, as it could be seen after capitalist activity, framed through the remaining design elements on the reverse of the bill.
